OUR DELIVERY SERVICES

At Accents for Living we strongly believe in High-Quality Customer Service. We listen to our clients needs, and strive for perfection always. Our clients are our #1 priority. It is more than a purchase; we build relationships that last. When dealing with us please expect exceptional door-to-door service.

If you opt for delivery within the province of Ontario, all casegoods and/or large upholstery items will be delivered by the Accents for Living delivery team. You will be contacted within 1-2 days of purchase with a delivery time.

Accents for Living will unpack and inspect each item and place it in your room.

ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY

In-Stock Furniture will be delivered in 3-5 days in most metropolitan areas in South-Western Ontario.

Smaller items will ship to arrive in 3-7 business days through ground couriers in Canada.

Custom Orders will arrive in 6-8 weeks in most metropolitan areas.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will vary, depending on your location. We will verify with you on shipping costs after you place your order.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Should you not be happy with your product, in-stock items will be gladly refunded within 7 days of purchase with a 10% re-stocking fee. Products must be in it’s original packaging accompanied by the receipt in order for return. Shipping fees will not be refunded and customer is responsible for return of product to Accents for Living.

We cannot offer returns on custom-ordered pieces. Custom orders begin production immediately upon ordering and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.

Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway cannot be refunded. Please check the product specifications to ensure accurate measurements.
